1. Paper Corner Posts — The Internal Support Frame

High-strength paper corner posts are installed along the carton edges, forming a multi-dimensional protective skeleton. This "invisible frame" distributes vertical pressure evenly during high-stack container loading, preventing sidewall collapse and structural deformation.

2. Heavy-Duty Black Corner Guards — Impact Absorption

Thick black plastic corner protectors are fitted on all 8 corners, acting as the first line of defense against forklift bumps, loading impacts, and rough handling. Even if the outer carton takes a hit, the guards absorb the force — keeping wooden edges and glass components completely intact.

3. Green Polyester Strapping — Even Tension, Zero Loosening

High-tensile green strapping bands secure each carton in cross or vertical patterns. Unlike standard wrapping, this method distributes pressure evenly across all surfaces, ensuring cartons won't expand, deform, or come loose during long ocean voyages.

4. Side Handle Holes — Ergonomic Handling

Elliptical hand holds are die-cut on both sides of the carton, allowing warehouse staff to carry and maneuver boxes by hand without extra tools. This reduces dragging and throwing, minimizing the risk of handling-related damage at the source.
