Our existing factory covers 66,000 square meters and is equipped with standardized workshops, a technology-based showroom, dedicated sauna room production lines, customized production lines and far-infrared wellness product production lines. With more than 500 employees, Wilkes has built a strong manufacturing system to support product development, stable mass production, quality control and long-term B2B supply.
To further expand production capacity and support growing global demand, a new 55,000-square-meter factory is being prepared for operation. Once fully in use, it will further strengthen our capacity for large-scale OEM/ODM sauna room projects, customized production and international order fulfillment.
As a professional OEM/ODM sauna room manufacturer, Wilkes develops more than 10 new sauna models every year and provides customers with product design, private label customization, material selection, heater configuration, smart control options, certification support, export packaging, spare parts and after-sales solutions.
